Medical Folders

One thing I did for both of our kids when they were born was start a folder to hold all of their medical information. It's been a great way to keep growth charts, wellness visits, shot records, and everything else organized and in an accessible location.

In Kendall's situation, it has been very helpful for keeping all of her nevus information, tissue expansion transcripts, and pre/post operation info together and organized.

Above (left)  is Kendall's medical folder over the past year and Carter's medical folder over the past 3 years.

It makes me realize how much more stressful having a child with medical needs is--it's a lot of additional time and attention on top of an existing demanding parent schedule.
